Return Policy

1) Stock received should be checked and will not be replaced if it was received in a good condition.

2) If 1 item in a shrink is damaged the whole shrink should be returned upon delivery.

3) Stock damaged in store will not be returned for credit.

4) Products should be checked for expiry dates on delivery, if there is less than 6 months left the customer

shouldn’t accept the stock. (Except when arranged differently)

5) Product not on spec or with a defect will only be returned if there are a minimum of 80% left of the

content. (Needs to be arranged beforehand with Aha dispatch staff)

6) Stock that was ordered by mistake by the customer and supplied correct by Aha can be returned with

a 10% handling fee, except if it was a special order by the customer.

7) If stock was delivered short, supplied incorrect, broken on delivery, or returned upon delivery within

the parameters of Aha Pet foods return Policy, it needs to be indicated on both copies of the invoice. If it

is not noted on both copies of the invoices no credit will be granted.

8) Special orders should be paid upfront, before stock is being ordered
